According to the University of Notre Dame’s Catholic Conversation page, “Couples who practice Natural Family Planning have a divorce rate of about 5%, markedly lower than the 50% divorce rate of couples who utilize contraception.” Why is this so? Because these couples see all life as a gift. Indeed, they see each other as a gift.
