About Me
I am on this site because I am looking for Christian friends and possibly a Christian man to date.
I am looking for a guy who is a growing Christian that I can learn from and be encouraged by. I like people who can make me laugh. Also, I think being supportive, gentle, and patient is important in any type of Christian relationship. I appreciate people with old-fashioned manners and values because that is the way I was raised. I am interested in dating a good communicator and listener who is eager to share who he is and what God has done for him with others. He also should be a passionate and motivated individual.
I am continuing to grow in my relationship with Christ. He will be my best friend for life because He has never let me down and given so much to me. If He wants me to just love Him and not an earthly man then I have faith that I will live a fulfilled life. However, I am still being molded into a godly woman, perhaps, for some godly man. I'm friendly, but I can be really shy so you have to give me time. I am quite opinionated and will stand up for what I believe. I grew up in a large family that is very important to me. I like to analyze and understand everything. I also have a bad habit of being random which makes life amusing. I also can be sarcastic, but I do try not to offend. I prefer the title "Christian" even though I was raised in a Southern Baptist church. The most important thing to me is that people follow the Bible and not spend time pointing fingers at their fellow Christians for rituals and traditions we will never all agree on anyway. I do not create animosity because I prefer to love people like Jesus even when they do not agree with me.
I am studying professional writing with a minor concentration in Spanish. I plan to become a college professor and author.

First Date
My ideal first date would be the traditional dinner and a movie or if I've known the person for awhile a moonlit picnic by the water. I like to get to know people without a lot of formality in the way.
