About Me
I've started the second part of my life and loving it! After a divorce from a 29 year marriage I am living a life so different than I've ever lived before. God has been so great to me in that He has put people in my life that have blessed me beyond words. I am so grateful for all the support I've been given.
You will find in me someone that cares deeply and is very supportive. Love to cook and can fix just about anything around the house. I was raised where you cook it, fix it or create it yourself.
Having said all that, it hasn't been a smooth life as most aren't. Losing my mother in a horrible way of cancer, going through a divorce and moving away from home makes for some really hard days and tearful nights. Through all the tears and fears I know of a Christ that really is there when I call His Name. I know what being broken really is. That's where God can really use you. My volunteer work is so very important to me. It's given me a purpose I never knew before. The people there really do appreciate what I do for them as much as I appreciate them.
First Date
I guess the common answer is to talk over a cup of coffee somewhere, although being taken out to eat would be great too. I do miss that and having my hand held.
