About Me
Hi I'm Alanna! I am a college student in Cambridge, Massachusetts though, I hail from the great state of Texas! In moving cross-country to the "intellectual" East I have found it harder than expected to meet quality Christian guys. More often than not I am confronted with questions of, "You actually believe that stuff??" I am hoping to make some good Christian friends who "actually believe that stuff" :)
I would describe myself as a genuine, quirky, sometimes random, and truly accepting person who finds enjoyment in the little things of life :-) I like to have fun and laugh (I have a ironic/sarcastic sense of humor) however, I also enjoy catching up with friends over coffee. Some of my favorite things to do are: be outside, go on walks, cook, watch sports, study for school and see friends. I find great satisfaction in being social, meeting new people and going to events but often I just need to mellow out.
For me life is lived between the extremes (except my undying adoration of God) and it's important to keep an open mind because I never know through who or what God is calling out to me. I love my family and pets and am thankful for them and the strong values they instilled. Finally I am passionate about the environment and believe in being a good steward of the earth God gave us.
In the past year my relationship with Christ has blossomed in a way I never expected. I am looking for people to push and support me on this journey. Above all I desire to live a meaningful life for Christ and show the world a glimpse of His love.
