First, I am praying for a relationship that will be pleasing to the Lord and will enhance my Christian life.

I enjoy a good conversation, watching movies at home in front of a fire, reading, and traveling especially around Alaska.
I am semi-retired working part-time because I am an Ordained non-denominational Christian Chaplain and Wedding Officiant in the "Last Frontier"--Alaska!!! In addition, I am an educator (Substitute Teacher), mentor (Higher Education), and consultant (Addiction Treatment) in my spare time.
My favorite place is anywhere in Alaska!
I enjoy all types of music but I also enjoy silence. I prefer putting a movie in the DVD to watching TV shows but I will watch the Food Channel.
As a Christian independent women I am looking for a gentleman Christian who is willing to go slow and develop a caring relationship around our mutual interests and beliefs. Since all my children are grown I am looking forward to the adventure of traveling with a companion who can pay his own way and who is not afraid to be open and honest about his feelings and emotions.
My ideal match must be a Christian non-smoker and a non-drinker who is young at heart and who enjoys Alaska as much as I do. Or who is willing to move to Alaska should the Lord show him this is the right relationship.
