About Me
Due to my job I will not post a picture but a picture is certainly available!! Many guys have told me I am very pretty. Guess you'll just have to trust me. I can e-mail a pic to you.
I am very softspoken, though not a pushover, and extremely deep and introspective. I am certainly not shy - and I love to talk to people but I prefer to listen. From the mouth flows the abundance of the heart. It is what you say that tells me what you are made of. (yeah, I know, bad grammar!)
I am seeking a man who is like me - introspective, deep, one who will pray with me, listen to me, understand me, one who will share his heart because he trusts that I won't jump all over his case. I don't do that. I'm very laid back and take what you tell me as the truth. I have a hard time trusting initiallly but once you have earned my trust you have it until you break it or until I die.
I am not into loud, boisterous men. Can't stand the "Ralph Cramdon" or "Archie Bunker" type. I shy away from a lot of noise - that's just how I was raised but I do love watching football and enjoy having friends over for a SuperBowl party.
I prefer a guy who is of average weight to a bit over, say between 190 to 235 lbs who loves to eat because I love to cook. I am very health conscious and take vitamins daily. I am careful about what I eat and most of the time it is healthy food (mostly raw - fruits, veggies, salads, etc. I definitely don't do fast food.
My faith in Christ is incredibly deep. I don't go to a mainline church because there is not enough depth there for me. I have joined a home/house/simple/organic (take your pick!!) church and love, love, love it. I play guitar and sing and have awesome times of worship.
I went through a very difficult divorce about two years ago. I have dated in the past but have not found "him" yet. I spent many, many years crying but it's over and behind me. I'm ready to laugh and have a good time, including travel when I can.
I have a son in college and a daughter in high school. They are great kids and I love them both a LOT!
First Date
Coffee and a walk is always a good start. If there's chemistry perhaps we could include dinner - but I wouldn't expect it if there is not mutual chemistry between us.....just being honest! :)
