About Me
... and He has indeed given me a full and blessed one. As for what He has made with me? Well... if I'm not at school or the bookstore, places you might find me are the gym, the harbor, or on my piano bench. My recliner is also a good place to check, curled up with yet another book or absorbed in a favorite movie. In the afternoons and on the weekends, I'm sometimes at the dog park with Toby, my 6 yr old pointer mix, and, when I'm not injured like I am now (*sad!*), I take Toby running. And on Sundays, I'm blessed to be part of Second Presbyterian Church's worship team; we lead the music for the "2nd @ 9" service, and I absolutely love it! All in all, I suppose what I'm searching for a strong Christian man, one with respect, patience and a willingness to build a friendship first, as all things come in good time. I look forward to meeting a man who holds fast to the integrity in his faith and would like to grow in Christ with another person.
First Date
I'm a fairly low maintenance girl, so a three ring circus isn't really necessary. Mostly, I'd love to go do something fun and/or active. I'm not opposed to stuff that I already know I can't do (e.g., bowling: I'm terrible at it, but that just makes it pretty hilarious). I don't mind new stuff, and if you have something you'd like to me try, I could be convinced. It's cool if you have a sport/hobby that you'd like to share, like rock climbing or something. All that said, I can also be very low key and meet for coffee or something like that. A relaxing chat is always nice!
