Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile. So as my headline suggests, I am on the look out for a real gentleman. I'm not looking for Mr. Perfect, just someone who shares my values.
I am independent, smart, fun, kind, thoughtful, patient, friendly, and genuine. I am looking for someone with some of the same qualities.
Most important, I am looking for someone who shares my Christian faith, I'm not picky about denominations, but a strong Christian background is a must.
About me: I work in research, I'm currently a full time grad student, I've never been married, don't have any children or pets, don't smoke, rarely drink, and have never done drugs. I'm romantic, idealistic, but also really down to earth and easy going. I love to laugh and feel that laughter is the best medicine. Corny, even cheesy jokes always crack me up. In fact I heard a good one just the other day - a mushroom walks into a bar and asks a girl to dance. The girl politely says no thanks, so the mushroom replies, "why not, I'm a fungi."
Ok, so that one was really corny, but it made me chuckle.
So if you've got a sense of humor, it's a definite plus in my book.
But what I'm really looking for is a man who's got good old fashion values, is honest, loyal, trustworthy and kind. I'm not looking for a fling, but am looking to meet someone who is open to starting a relationship if the chemistry is there.  |
