Hello. It's always a challenge to try to write that "catchy" blurb that will catch someone's eye.
I'm a Christian lady who's been to church all my life (except for a couple of "seeking" years). I love to sing and really enjoy singing for the Glory of God. "Amazing Grace, shall always be my song of praise, for it was grace that bought my liberty". With my name, Nancy, meaning "full of grace" it's hard to dispute that God has had a hand in my life up to this point.
I'm not an "outdoorsy", sports-minded girl. I do enjoy getting outside and taking walks and watching the occasional game. For my "retirement" I'm really looking forward to having a garden again, both vegetable and flower. I miss not having the time to devote to that. There's something peaceful about digging in the soil and the thrill of watching something flourish under your guidance. (How Great God Must Feel...) Travel is something else that I hope to do, be it locally or abroad.
In my spare time, I enjoy doing family tree research and getting together with family and friends. I don't require being always on the move, finding enjoyment in quiet time alone or with one or two others. I enjoy reading, staying in knitting, watching a movie or tv.
I'm looking for a man who's looking for a lady to walk beside each day. Someone to share life's joys and trials with. If the person enjoys music and can take a part in "musical ministry" with me, so much the better. A man with a sense of humor to make me smile at life.
There's so much more to a person than just a few lines on a screen and while I'm a great "gabber", there's so much more that I haven't revealed. I look forward to sharing so much more.

On a first date, I would enjoy meeting the gentleman for a coffee/soda/milk or a meal and just take a little bit to get to know them more. If we feel comfortable with each other, perhaps continue to a movie or a walk along the bike path.
