DO YOU LEAVE PEOPLE REFRESHED OR DRAINED?

Live life in a way that you live beautiful marks in people's lives. Great people have changed history and impacted the world in a great way. They have physically left this world but they continue to live in the hearts and lives of generations to come. And how refreshing is the memories of those who make the world a better place to live!!

RIP NELSON MANDELA. I SALUTE YOU GREAT LEADER! :applause:

ACTS 9:36-42

Now there was in Joppa a disciple named Tabitha, which, translated, means Dorcas. She was full of good works and acts of charity. In those days she became ill and died, and when they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room. Since Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men to him, urging him, Please come to us without delay. So Peter rose and went with them. And when he arrived, they took him to the upper room. All the widows stood beside him weeping and showing tunics and other garments that Dorcas made while she was with them.

What would people say of you after you are gone?

Have you heard the value of the 'dash'?

On our grave markers there will be a dash between our date of birth and date of death. What matters is what happens in the dash...live every day as if it is your last and making a lasting impression on those whose lives you touch.

What I like about Nelson Mandela is he was not bitter to those who imprisoned him...a life lesson we all can take note of...when we become bitter we lose.

A man who changed a nation and influenced world leaders.

Sadly, we have here again EVIL being praised as good.

Why any "Christian" would praise Mandela is totally beyond comprehension. It shows a complete lack of any understanding of history and the Word of God.

"What I like about Mandela is that he was NOT bitter to those who imprisoned him"

Any idea why?

"He admitted in open courtpleaded guiltyand remember, he was trained as a lawyerhe pleaded guilty to 156 acts of public violence and terrorism. He was the head of the revolutionary terrorist wing of the ANC [African National Congress] Umkhonto we Sizwe. And he was behind so many different operations: from the plotting of bombs in the railway station (which killed women and children, which crippled people), bombs in shopping centers, attacks on farmers, . . . so many acts of violence."

He was in prison for good and just reason. Not even the Amnesty International would take his case, because they said he wasnt a political prisoner. He had had a fair trial and a reasonable sentence. He had his day in court. He was not a political prisoner. He was in jail for acts of violence."

"In 1996, Mandela signed into law the Choice on Termination of Pregnancy Bill, which permits abortion on demand. SPUCs pro-life colleagues in South Africa tells us that the bill was introduced into the South African parliament by Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, Mr Mandelas health minister."

"In addition, the wording of the new South African constitution, signed by Mr Mandela in 1996, had made the legalisation of abortion on demand a mere formality. Mr Mandelas African National Congress (ANC) has a strong ideological committment to abortion, with the ANC Womens League strongly behind the legalisation of abortion on demand.

The ANC has for decades been in a close political and electoral alliance with the South African Communist Party (SACP) (Mr Mandela pictured with SACP leader Joe Slovo) which also has a strong ideological committment to abortion.

Today, the pro-abortion group NARAL is applauding Mandelas pro-abortion record.

Among his many accomplishments, Nelson Mandela replaced one of the most restrictive #antichoice laws in South Africa http://t.co/ULZGRjvY3U

So, what we know about Mandela is that he was a self professed Communist, terrorist, mass murderer who was give LIFE in prison but was released early. He should have been executed according to the Word of God.

By the way, Mandela was also pro-abortion, pro-homosexuality, pro-Marxist, and pro-prostitution. --- all "good things" according to God.

Isa 5:20

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
