I'm trying to cut back on sweets. It's. hard not to buy them but I avoid itmist times. Ifi buy it, I eat too much of it.

Calories add up to overweight. I buy more chips, nuts and fruit.

When it's hot i like to cook simple dishes, I've been having a lot of roasted vegetables courgette, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes & onion goes well with meat or fish.
