William Law is a good man and was a positive influence.

But he kinda got into some mysticism later in life and split with Wesley over it.

I really don’t understand the breach with Wesley over mysticism because I thought Wesley had some mystical tendencies himself.

Davey,

I had read Power of The Spirit in the Kings English before it was reprinted in American language.

I found this book to be one of the best written on the Holy Spirit and His presence and power in the life of believers.

As i read this book, i looked at each Scriputre Law used and i looked into each one.

I do not find books or writings like this today,concerning the Holy Spirit; most are about what a person can get from the Holy Spirit, instead of wanting to know what Messiah had to say about Him.



As far as Wesley, he seemed to be a bit comsumed with trying to make himself holy, instead of resting in the Holiness of GOD Almighty that Messiah GIVES or Clothes believers with.
