Misunderstanding Ephesians 4 verses 11- 13

There seems to be a mistake with the understanding the church people have abiut the Word of GOD Almigjty concerning the FUNCTION of pastors ( plural ).

Let's look into the Scriptures to see what GOD Almighty has to say about this.

Ephesians 4 verses 11 - 13



Notice in verse 11 HE, YASHUA, GAVE not called people to FUNCTION in the capacity of Apostle, prophet, evangelsis, pastor / teacher.

This function is not a PAID position as in a business, nor is it self proclaimed, or worked for.

The believers should see people moving in these functions, without them needing a peice of paper from government approved schools.

11 And He gave apostles, and prophets, and evangelists, and pastors and teachers,

12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;

13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.
