Relient K's "Getting Into You" is a nice song.

By the way, Wavorly's "Conquering the Fear of Flight" cd is excellent for those of you who like Christian rock/alternative and stringed instruments other than the guitar and bass as well.

I like DecembeRadio's "Find You Waiting" the most out of all their songs. Superchick's "We Live" and "Hero" are great songs too. I also found a fairly new indie/alternative/rock band that I like called Wavorly. I love the words to this song, called "Madmen":

"Say goodbye to what you thought was you

We dance in consequences

Entranced with worldly glimpses

Careless with our decisions

Youd think we never meant them

We say that were the future

Only want it if it goes our way

The time we have is crucial

Will we put this off another day?

No excuses, the time for change is here and now

This is the real adventure

To move past whats mediocre

Obsessed with entertainment

Step up or miss the point of it"

Why it is important to have a Christian GF/BF or spouse?

It looks like this post has been around for a while, but I happened to come across this passage that lends support to various people's arguments (sorry if someone already mentioned it, but I didn't see it anywhere):

Nehemiah 13: 23-27

I'm going to use the word 'you', but I'm going to use it in a general sense. Personally, I don't mind if the girl takes the initiative. The right person for you may not have found you yet--or maybe someone knows you're there, but you just haven't made something known about yourself that the person finds really important and he/she hasn't contacted you as a result. With all of the people/profiles out there, a person can easily become "lost in the crowd". If you think you may have found that special person, it seems to me that if would be fine to approach him/her so you don't lose out on what could be the opportunity of a lifetime. I hope that makes sense..

I agree that MercyMes I Can Only Imagine is a great song. Im not familiar with the other two songs though (maybe Ill look them up later : ) ). As far as Christian music goes, here are some of my favorite songs (lyrically):

Casting Crowns Every Man

Switchfoot Beautiful Letdown, Daisy, Dare You to Move, Gone, Learning to Breathe, Let That Be Enough, Let Your Love Be Strong, Loser, Meant to Live, Only Hope, Sooner or Later, This is Your Life, Under the Floor

Relient K Deathbed, Let it All Out, Life After Death and Taxes, Up and Up, When I Go Down

Flyleaf Sorrow, So I Thought

Decyfer Down Ill Breathe For You, Lost From You, From Here to You

Ruth Figure You Out, Love Me Like You Do

Skillet Falling Inside the Black, Better than Drugs, Rebirthing, Whispers in the Dark

Kutless Hearts of the Innocent

Pillar Simply, Everything

I know the post said favorite lyrics, but I listen to a lot of music and hence have a lot of favorites : P. Note that a lot of lyrics sites get the lyrics for these songs wrong, in case anyone gets curious enough to look a song or two up.
