I know we are supposed to be in the new covenant but in the ten percent issue I have always felt that it is a good place to start.
I am not such a good example of this either and I am being brutally honest.
Sometimes the most honored gifts I can give to God are my time and what little finances I havce.
I do believe He honors that.
But if you do feel in your heart to use the ten percent as a guideline He will bless you and more so ,because He says,"Give and it shall be given to you,over and above...........
You can never outgive God.
and i do not think He is holding atwo by four to clonk ya with if you do not give ten percent either
God honors a giver who gives from the heart from right motives and He desires mercy and not sacrifice....
TOMORROW MORNING, JANUARY 24, WILL BE A SPECIAL EVENT FOR ALL HOCKEY ALL STAR FANS
IN MONTREAL CANADA, AT THE SHERATON HOTEL, MANY OF THE NHL PLAYERS WHO ARE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS WILL HOST AN OUTREACH BREAKFAST TO NINE HUNDRED PEOPLE.
MANY ARE FROM CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS.
'MY CHURCH HAS A KIDS CLUB THAT IS SENDING TEN FAMILIES.
PLEASE PRAY THAT AS THESE FAMILIES HEAR GOD'S WORD THEIR HEARTS ARE OPEN AND RECEIVE HIM.
ALSO PRAY FOR THE HOCKEY PLAYERS AS THEY GIVE TESTIMONY TO GOD'S GRACE.
PROTECT AND BLESS MY SISTER AS SHE BRINGS FORTH THE WORD OF LIFE TO THIS PERSON AND PROTECT HIM ,OPEN HIS HEART AND SPIRITUAL EYES TO SEE YOUR TRUTH
WE FORBID THE ENEMY TO INTERFERE WITH THIS DIVINE APPOINTMENT THAT IS TO HAPPEN
GOD IS ABLE
WE THANK YOU LORD AND PRAISE YOU FOR ALL THE WORKS YOU DO IN THE LIVES OF THESE DEAR SISTERS AND BROTHERS
