If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be?
I know what I would pick, do you? If we get together, that topic is sure to come up!
My personality? Fun, active, passionate, self confident, honest, good listener, calm, empathetic, equal parts extrovert and introvert, lifelong learner.
I enjoy a diversity of activities: reading, dancing, singing, deep conversations, horseback riding, boating, swimming, beachcombing, hiking, volleyball, pickleball, biking, gardening, outdoor concerts, sewing, cooking, writing. I have a copyright on a first book of poetry which includes an epic poem about mammoth hunters. My current venture is a historical novel which gives me an awesome excuse to spend time in Florida. If anyone is interested in astronomy and knows something about the constellations I'd love to have a teacher. Or how about snuggling up while viewing the stars?

We both are able to totally connect. We may make some small talk, but we can discuss deeper subjects as well. We both ask lots of questions, which shows real interest in each other. We place getting to know each other's personality over physicality. We are open and vulnerable enough to connect emotionally.
As for the setting? Because of too many interruptions by servers, sometimes restaurants are not ideal places for first contact. For this reason, I prefer a place where you order your food at a counter, then sit down to eat. (I just discovered a wonderful place that fits the bill and has a beautiful outdoor patio!)
