I can be a lively person in social situations and am often found joking around with friends. I enjoy a good laugh. Having said that I�m an introvert and need time away from others to recoup and re-energise.
When I take on a task I find satisfaction in trying to do it to the best of my ability. I�m persistent, especially when times are tough. I enjoy loving others through listening, encouraging and helping in practical ways.
I feel alive when I have the privilege of being immersed in another culture and have the opportunity to develop mutual trust. Being able to sit with and learn new ways of doing things from those in another culture gives me great joy.
Music, particularly singing, is a huge part of who I am and how I express myself.
My work has always revolved around children. From working in childcare to teaching as a primary school teacher my experiences have been varied, including living for a year in rural Thailand with a mission agency and recently living in remote Arnhem Land for 2 � years.
I am a primary school teacher, who is currently taking a break from Bible college.
