If you want to know about me, then talk to me... I'd love to get to know you if you act like a female. I'm manly enough for the both of us ;). Feel free to tell me about yourself, not geared so much towards your job or education though... I don't want your resume. I mean I am hiring :) but I don't see your career as a way of measuring you as a success.. A women that's a lawyer vs an at home wife and mom has achieved far less in my eyes.
Just a heads up, if you are extremely unwavering in your doctrinal beliefs we most likely we won't match up. I don't really fit in with mainstream denominations.
Basically, I am looking for a woman to befriend, be a positive influence on and teach. I have a very different view at times on some doctrines or interpretations and it takes an open mind and heart at times to see what I do or what others don't/wont. I'm looking for someone special that isn't so easily persuaded that they think their local church doctrine, family or school are the ones that have the %100 percent unflawed truth... but instead wants to dig a little deeper and search out of the comfort zone. Someone that has more questions then answers and that wants a husband to answer them or hopes to find them together.
P.S.- I have a rhetorical question.... Why are 90% of the women on this so called "Christian" website divorced or have kids?
Matt. 5:25 - But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, Saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
(That rules me out from marrying you for sure.)
Mark 10:12 - And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
The bible only permits men to divorce women in cases of FORNICATION (for those that don't understand this there's a difference between fornication and adultery) think about it... That's why they are 2 different words.
Fornication is sexual acts that are commited while not being married..., not sexual acts committed while being in a marriage with another person... thats called Adultery.
In other words if you aren't a virgin a man has the right to divorce you for fornication (hence the reason why God gave you a "marker" you know a hymen so it could be known if you have) and if he does so and you marry another you commit adultery.
If a woman divorces her husband and marries another its adultery period. It doesn't matter all your so called reasons why.. He cheated, he abused me etc etc.. Which is 100% of what you all claim.
Only widowers are able to "remarry".
If your going to claim you are a Christian you have to abide by God's laws. Yes, when you "repent" God will forgive you for sin but repent doesn't just mean saying you're sorry. It means to turn away from sin or return to holiness. You can't repent from adultery if you are here about to commit it.
Divorced ppl should not even be on this site or a category much less a category for seperated.. Geez
And to the hundreds of Proverbs 31 referencers... Vir-tuous = Vir-gin
