I have always enjoyed learning. I really enjoy reading non fiction. So much to learn. So little time! I had a health event 24 years ago and have learned much about the life enhancing benefits of a whole foods (nothing processed) vegan diet. That doesn't mean I won't cheat on occasion. I do. But only with my diet. I'm an affectionate, fit, intelligent man seeking the same. I'd also be interested in meeting someone who genuinely wants to improve.
I enjoy long walks most days, typically 60 to 90 minutes. I'm a fully functional man, with a wit and humor.
