I am clean cut, 5-7 and 155 pounds...I would describe myself as quiet, kind, and thoughtful...I work at a financial services firm and enjoy it very much. When not working, I am often puttering around the house. I live a very quiet and simple life.
I love nature and everything about it...blue skies...sunrises & sunsets...full moons...bright stars at night...thunderstorms...purple crocuses in the spring...the smell of salt water...a field of wild flowers... fall foliage...the first snowfall of the year.
One of the things I love most is going for walks...it might be by the waters edge, along a scenic trail, or in the town forest...each one is beautiful and inspiring in it's own way.
I also love being around animals...dogs offer the purest form of love...and I feel a special closeness with anyone who loves cats ~ nothing like reading a book and having a purring bundle of fur fall asleep in your lap.
I have 2 left feet, but it would be wonderful to learn a few steps of something! I would love to take a few classes / find a partner for the waltz, foxtrot, etc
I go to church every week and sometimes during the week...I always look forward to it and feel great afterward...I would love to someday visit some of the Shrines and Centers around New England: La-Salette, Fatima, etc...I attended a candlelight Rosary procession this year and loved it...I try to take my Mother to Stations of the Cross a few times each year as well.
In addition to working full time, I also take care of my Mother...Over the years she has struggled with shingles and chemotherapy treatments, and is now challenged by short term memory issues...She means the world to me and I cannot imagine life without her...I love her with all my heart and do my best to make her happy...She can still drive herself to church each morning, and then up street to the local bakery, but she needs help each day with many, many other things...Because of this, I do not have very much free time...Apologies in advance if someone sends a message and I am slow to reply.
