Firstly can I say, a lot of time can be wasted messaging someone only to find that they are not the person you thought that they were from their photograph and profile. I would like to find a Christian partner to be a friend, and see how things develop from there. It would be nice if she was of Asian, Eastern or European origin, but that's not essential.
Whilst it is useful initially, texting each other doesn't do it, you can't see facial expression or body language or reactions to things you've said. So, I would like a meeting as soon as a comfortable feeling was achieved between us. This meeting would be set by the one I am texting so that she felt secure. My main photo image was taken this year, the others are 1 to 5 years old.
I live on my own in my bungalow in East Devon. My wife died 7 years ago and whilst I am an independent person who can look after myself, not having someone to share my life with has caught up with me. Solitude is not for me, I need someone to share all of God's blessings with and someone to love, there's a hole in my life without that person. I'm a romantic caring humorous person.
Don't worry too much about age numbers, I'm very laid back, young at heart and in a recent independent medical exam was categorised as being 64 physically.
I am an unusual mixture of Christianity, I'm basically quite fundamental in my beliefs, but laid back in the way I practice them. I'm not dogmatic or judgmental, but loving and gentle. I do not compromise on the message of the gospel, but I don't beat people over the head with it. God by His Holy Spirit will do things as only He knows best.
