I enjoy outdoor activities and I try to lead a healthy life, but I'm not obsessive about it. I like to doing activities because it keeps my mind and heart in good shape, and living life well requires that.
But, I also know that a greasy burger, or a brownie sundae helps to keep relationships in good shape, so I indulge!
