I'm a conservative Christian man who has been walking with the Lord for about 15 years. I was converted from atheism at the age of 23 after reading the Bible cover to cover as a book of literature, and being awakened to the reality of God's existence and his plan of salvation through his Son Jesus Christ. I am a bit of a theology nerd and enjoy reading and studying the Bible, classic Christian literature like the Puritans (my favourites are John Bunyan and Samuel Rutherford), and I'm also interested deeply in evangelism and apologetics. I am a conservative evangelical in the Reformed Baptist tradition, and I'm looking for someone who is roughly in the same like-minded views regarding the doctrines of grace and God's sovereignty.
I am a sensitive, deep thinker, and also an artist. I enjoy writing poetry and writing and recording my own music, as I play guitar and sing and play a number of other instruments. You can listen to my music online if you check Spotify for Jonah Cross, I released a Christian album a couple years ago.
I enjoy arts and culture, history, and travel, reading and writing, and a good cup of tea. I'm interested in mission work in the Middle East, potentially, too.
