Hi there. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
God has blessed me with talents in music. I have sung in the church choir and for children during AWANA, played bass clarinet in a local symphony, like to go Karaoke singing.
I love to dance-swing, jazz, hip hop, contra I like to go contra dancing once a month when possible.
Cards are also fun (Spades, Hearts, Uno, Pinochle.)
The indoors are great for reading (love mysteries), writing (one day hope to become an author), watching movies (so many to see), and playing games. I am part of a group that plays games when we're not seeing shows. The outdoors (especially in the summer) are great for the outdoor movies, concerts and theater productions as well as good walks/hikes (many trails around here).
I am a beaver retriever. My beaver is very practical (buys things on sale, hates to waste money, saves up for trips), scheduled (I have a plan for every day this summer), and detail oriented (what do I need to bring or do and makes lists). Moses had a beaver personality. These traits are why I have a BA in education and am now an administrative assistant.
My retriever side is very loyal (go Huskies, Seahawks and Mariners!), caring and sensitive (helping people in need), and a team player (I want what's best for everyone). Abraham had this personality type. These are why I donate blood and work at the blood bank, why I give food the those in need and why I pack shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child.
What am I looking for? To be honest, I would prefer a never married man or a widower but realize half the men out there have been through a divorce and I don't want to be closed minded to what God might have in store. I do want someone who is considerate, well balanced, financially responsible, good at communicating, creative, makes me feel safe, Christ centered, a planner and who has healthy relationships with others. Liking cats that would help as well as someone who likes to look nice when going out.
What I am not looking for is someone who smokes, is egotistical, a workaholic, dishonest, patronizing, disrespectful, addicted to anything, abusive or aggressive.
