I try to live my life as an expression of worship to the Lord. I believe that apart from Christ, I can't do anything of eternal value. I've been a follower of Christ for more than 20 years and would love to find someone who loves to honor Jesus with everything he has and does. Someone who is compassionate, committed, faithful and warm. Someone who has a good sense of humor and has a good communication skills. I am single, and never been married.
I am a sinner saved by the grace and mercy of God through Jesus Christ. I love God as well as life and everything that comes with it. I also love kids that's the reason why I'm part of our church's kids ministry. I love their energy and their innocence - makes you want to stay young for the rest of your life.
I am quiet and serious most of the time, but I can also be loud and funny especially when I'm with kids or people I'm comfortable with. I love making people laugh, or at least I try to, though I fail miserably most of the time. I believe that I'm a chronic optimist and that everything happens for a reason and it's always for the good of those who love Him.
I love the art of writing, photography and music. I would like to see the world in different shades and hues. I'm very inquisitive. I love asking questions and getting good answers in return. I enjoy having light or serious conversation with anyone.
One of my favorite verses is 2 Corinthians 12:9, His grace is sufficient because His power is made perfect in weakness. GRACE... such a sweet word and yet so powerful. It has the power to transform even the hardest of hearts. And for that, I am forever grateful.
I find deep meaning in 1 Samuel 12:24. It says:
"But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you." -1 Samuel 12:24 NIV
I believe in purity before marriage. I believe that what God has joined together, let no man separate. Though God created man and woman equal, I believe in the old order of things where men lead and women follow. I pray and I hope that in the near future, I would get to meet a man after God's own heart to whom I could sing and say "when God made you, He must have been thinking about me."
I would like to meet someone who shares the same beliefs. Someone who honors and worships God with the way he lives, and is passionate in serving Him. He doesn't have to be perfect, I just want someone who can be my partner in everything. Someone to cherish and someone to grow old with.
Let him be the answer to my prayers. Amen!
