One of my favourite Scripture verses is James 1,19 which says: "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry."
Because I am a very calm and gentle person, I get along much more with the type of people who use their brain more than they use their mouth.
I am basically a very reserved and thoughtful person who loves modest living. For me, fun is appearing before the Lord regularly, be it for Bible Studies, Prayer Programs, Worship, etc. This is where my strength comes from; so if there is any lady who is not interested in the above activities, we definitely wouldn’t be a good match.
Of course, I sometimes socialize, but the truth is - it is very occasional, and it is mostly with a select few of like-minded people. For me, visiting an Orphanage or an Old People’s home is socializing. I would enjoy this much more than doing other ”unproductive” things elsewhere.
All I seek is a future Christ-centred family with somebody who genuinely loves the Lord and has shared Christian Values with me. Like Amos 3,3 says, “Do two (2) walk together unless they have agreed to do so?”
