Hey there fellow animal lover,
My name is Alyssa and I will be joining you on the journey of self-discovery. A day in the life for me starts by playing with the soft furball that is my miniature Husky named Koda. After reviewing and choosing some clothes from my colorful wardrobe, I can set my sights on my workday in accounting. This usually involves the whirring of the computer fan, random clicks of my mouse and keyboard, and the occasional calculator. Having a sixth sense about numbers makes my job intriguing.
Weekends are my favorite where I can go out to the stables and embrace the smell of horse and hay and hanging out with my favorite animal. I do love pretty much all creatures.
This makes Alaska very exciting because you can see animals not normally seen in public like bears and moose.
Sundays are filled with family and church. My nephew and niece’s laughter can always lift my spirits on a tough day.
I am originally from Oregon, but if I could live anywhere, I would choose Hawaii. I miss the beach. The sand between my toes and the amazing sound of the ocean waves always relaxes me. You can usually convince me to get in the water no matter how cold or salty the waves are. Saltiness is one of the best flavors – especially on some crispy bacon. But I digress…
