I have been a Christian since about 17. But it wasnt until I was about 23-24 when I became serious. Since then my faith has grown exponentially.
I tend to think a lot into the Christian model. Always analyzing the scriptures to get a better idea of what God's character is like.
I'm a man after God's heart and I will put him first, even before the woman I am with. (Matthew 10:37)
I am a Christian not because I am perfect, but because I have a God who is and loves me anyways and helps me through my screw ups. (Psalm 37:24).
I am a doubter. By that I mean I doubt what I know in search for Gods own truth. What I have found is that the Christianity the churches teach today is not the Christianity of scripture. Even the churches who claim to be for Jesus sometimes are not for the same Jesus of scripture (Check out "Who are you to Judge" by Erwin Lutzer).
It is very important that the woman I am with is pursuing a further understanding of scripture. Not just blindly following with an apathetic faith.
Background in Theological Studies and earn my B.Div in 2021 With an interest in a ministry career. With that being said, I am developing an online ministry teaching deep truths of the scripture. Providing some understanding, and direction to the Christian faith.
