I'm a big nerd, so I like tinkering with gadgets, writing code, learning all kinds of new things from all disciplines, and for leisure I occasionally like to play video games.
I've been divorced for over 5 years now. I didn't divorce by choice, but I believe it's important to respect the choices people make in their lives.
My real love is in Jesus. Your's should be too! However, I also believe that God made man and woman together as the representative of His image here on Earth. I also see Genesis 2:18 as a promise, that it is not good for man to be alone.

- The venue isn't the important part for me as much as what we discuss.
I'm a cards on the table kind of guy, right from the beginning. I think the two most important things about a relationship are communication and honesty. trust is important too, but that takes time.
I also think the whole purpose of dating someone is to get an understanding of who they are, and how we might benefit together on our journey through life.
with those things in mind, I'm of the opinion that the first date should be one where we honestly disclose things about our lives, how we got to where we are, and the amazing way that Jesus has stepped in to rescue us from ourselves.
Everyone has a past. we're all human, and we all carry baggage. let's be honest about that right from the beginning so that we can have an amazing, harmonious relationship that is pleasing to our Maker!
