Another day given to us, no matter where we're at in life, is a gift and opportunity, so pull back the ribbons..
I HAVE A PASSION FOR…
Life. I have a zest for it. I'm passionate about this gift and choose joy, as each day is an opportunity. My focus is Christ, (not religion), my kids, friends & helping others. I'm sometimes high energy & enjoy the outdoors. I think with the tensions and present circumstances it would be easy to get overwhelmed, tense or down but it's where my focus, faith and the choices I make and how I respond, are what will make a difference. I choose to be an encourager.
May our lessons from life that we've learned be of value and not harden us but may we never forget to forgive, give one another and ourselves grace.
May we not be searching to "find the one", but rather "be the one", not so much focusing on who can meet our expectations and fulfill us but rather how can we give of ourselves?
It becomes more of an adventure when we do... :)
While we're looking for that ideal person or that MATCH one has to keep in mind were not buying a car or a boat. :) Many don''t even get off the showroom floor...
Not a tv viewer much but some is ok. I love music, writing, the arts, etc.
I have that child like side but I'm serious too so I try to keep things upbeat & lighthearted.
Looking for friendship first, and see where it goes, from long term to marriage one day, but in no hurry.

I still Have Me...
Here i am
again,
my company is
me,
In trying to find
a love of mine,
in a vast
and open sea...
all of my predictions
and heart felt
prescriptions,
have left me
without much
but memories...
so once again
I wonder,
and often I ponder
will true love
ever be?
But I have me...
Through the years
I've searched
and committed
to give,
but receivers
and deceivers,
have made love,
hard to live,
while the one
who has been here,
before I ever was,
and the one He created
in love,
just because
waits patiently
while ive been,
looking around,
I've been lost
in the search,
but now
I have found,
He's here
through it all,
He walks
on the sea,
and though love,
yes, is nice...
I still
have me... :)
