I faithfully attend church and that is very important to me! I'm actively involved in many things that we do there. I've been divorced for many years and my daughter is in college, so here I am...on my journey!
I work in the public education system and with various other programs to help the community and youth. I believe that finding your calling and following it is one of God's greatest blessings.
I love to have fun, laugh a lot. :yay: I'm out going and love to be around friends and family, as well as spend a quiet evening in. ;) I would love to travel and riding country roads is one of my favorite things to do. K Love radio is one of my most favorites, as well!
In my spare time, I enjoy watching watching Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, CSI and The Mentalist and a few of the cleaner reality shows, like American Idol and Georgia Traveler. My favorite authors (other than the Bible) are Karen Kingsbury, Nicolas Sparks, Thomas Kinkade and Katherine Spencer.
In a partner, trust and honesty are vital; without them a relationship cannot survive. I want someone I can laugh with, be myself with, go through the good times and bad, and come out happily on the other side. I will be your biggest supporter, most avid fan, and your life long friend.
- First Date
- I must say that dinner at a nice restaurant with plenty of conversation to get to know each other would be perfect to me. Ultimately, I just want to be able to talk to and listen to my date...I want to spend time getting to know each other, not giving all of my attention to a movie or sports event. Those types of entertainment are great, but only if there is ample time for conversation before or after.
Either way, since it's a date we'll both be on, we can figure it out. No stress! I'm easy going and just like to have a nice time.
