Hi, I'm Rob. I was born in England, grew up in America, and went to university in Australia. Now Im back in England finishing a degree. I am open to relocating for the right lady.
I am a committed Christian. Everyday Christ means more and more to me. I pray everyday to be made more like him. More than anything else, I value the peace that comes from that relationship. I am not a once a week Christian, but rather try to make it part of my everyday life. I hope to find a future wife that shares that commitment and wants to build a home and family built around that. With so much of the world hostile to Christian principles, I want a home environment that is a refuge from that hostility and oriented around God. I realise that trying to build a future with anyone other than a girl who shares those values is pointless and so I'm now going to make a real effort to find a Godly woman. I have traditional Christian values and I am looking for a woman who shares those.
Im a High Anglican, part of 'The Society', and closer to Roman Catholics and Orthodox than low church Protestants. I pray Morning and Evening Prayer when I can and Compline every night. I much prefer that calm contemplative tradition, and I need liturgical worship.
I enjoy reading history, philosophy, theology and literature. I like to walk and would love to follow some of the old pilgrimage routes. Im counting the days till I can get the biggest dog possible. Im a budding chef and love to cook for people.
Im currently finishing a degree in Philosophy. Its hard to find programs in Apologetics, so I did the next best thing. I'm currently praying about what to do next in my life. PhD and/or ministry are the most likely candidates. Most likely it isn't in England. I do not believe my future is in the UK, so I do not see distance as an issue.
Beside besides being committed to God, I'm looking for a girl who is family oriented and loving. I have an incredibly small family. I have no living relatives on my Dad's side, and on my Mom's, it just my Mom and half Brother in Cincinnati, Ohio, so starting my own family and having kids is very important to me.
