Love being outdoors,including participating in athletics with my club and hiking. The friendships developed from participating in outdoor activities are great.
Also enjoy fruit and vegetable gardening, and visiting places in Victoria and Australia, especially in the country, such as on holidays, country drives, hiking / camping and exploring national parks. Enjoy the Goulburn Valley area in northern Victoria. Like being involved in church and community volunteer activities.
Indoors, I love reading and collecting books, both non-fiction and fiction, watching documentaries, comedies, or sport. Also like spending time with my cat Geri. In earlier years enjoyed other pets including a terrier and kelpie dog, budgerigars and a guinea pig.
Family and friends are important to me, and I am a good listener, with a kind and generous nature. There are few things better than catching up with friends or family
