- My attention grabbing headline worked; you are reading this. ;) I teach first grade. I enjoy A Capella music, spoken word poetry, shooting pool, obstacle runs, reading and traveling. Hiking and exploring new places are the best part of traveling. I especially love the West Coast of the USA and The Bahamas. I grew up Baptist, but the Lutheran faith has a lot of theological points with which I agree more. I am fairly eclectic when it comes to music. I will give anything a chance. Right now the tops are Dispatch, O.A.R., and The Bangles. I love sci-fi and am a self-confessing Whovian. I have been divorced for eight years. I am the mother of two of the most witty and intelligent boys (13 and 15) in the universe.
