I'm a divorced 38-year-old woman. Reflecting on why my marriage didn't work, I believe I tried to take my life into my own hands rather than trusting God's perfect timing. It's a mistake I'll work to never make again. I also learned that a marriage can only work when both people give 100%. So although my marriage failed, I've taken valuable lessons with me. I'm a strong believer in God and believe God has a plan for all of us. I wrestled with the thought of joining one of these sites, as I don't want to interfere with God's perfect timing. But I realize if God wants me to meet someone, He will send him to me. So I'll just leave this profile here.
I'm really looking for anything... a friend who I can talk to and listen to at the end (or beginning) of the day. If it turns into more, then great, but I'd just love to be a blessing to someone.
I have 2 "tween" boys. They are very challenging and sometimes I do get stressed... I try to do a lot with them... trips, seeing new places. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have another adult along for the ride....
Update: 11/4/20... if I learned anything from the 2020 election, it's that Massachusetts surely isn't the right match for me. Once it's possible, I'm planning to relocate to Alabama.

- I'd love to walk around a big city like Boston or NYC. I especially love checking out Chinatown and trying a new restaurant. I wouldn't even mind driving through the mountains somewhere. Also, I'd love to attend a worship service and maybe get a coffee or ice cream after.
