Love to cook, travel, swim, and my favorite place is the beach. Eat organic and low starchy carb diet most of the time and am an excellent cook and baker. Dedicated 90 minutes daily dynamic resistance training and walk 5 miles 3 times weekly - still curvy.
Drexel graduate degree in Nursing Innovation. My new favorite book is FOOD by Dr Mark Hyman. Since I care for sick patients in the ER, I prefer not to in my personal life. That’s why I am looking for a man who considers a healthy lifestyle important (exercise regularly, no tobacco or vaping).
