I’m not great at profiles so bear with me here.. I’m looking for a relationship that would eventually lead to marriage. I’m also trying to figuring out what God has planned for me and would love to meet someone that would accompany me in the process :) I made this profile because it’s been extremely difficult to find a godly woman here in Japan.
I have been extremely blessed with the opportunities that I’ve had in regards to travel, and enjoy it very much. I enjoy the sights, the interactions with the people, visiting local churches and worshipping with fellow believers, and oh the FOOD! I absolutely love trying new foods (unless it doesn’t get too too crazy!)
Other than traveling, I absolutely enjoy going on hikes. It helps me appreciate God’s creation and I would say is a time of worship for me. As much as I enjoy spending time outside, I also like to read, watch movies and play board games. I’ve never considered myself to be an artsy type per se, but I’ve recently picked up painting and playing the ukulele, so I would very much appreciate any advice you have!
To me, being a Christian means:
For me personally, I'm currently going through a huuuuge shift in this at the moment!
Most of my relationship with God has been a struggle with Matthew 28:19-20. ( I have it here for you so that you don't have to pull it up!)
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
I was always never good with words, I still am horrible, I get nervous and a hooplah of fear, anxiety, and other emotions would flood me when I try sharing the gospel. I found comfort in knowing that Moses wasn't good with words as well haha Anyway, I used "actions speak louder than words" as a way out to live out the gospel instead of openly sharing it. I'd spend my time doing things at church, I'd volunteer around town, hoping that people would see God through my actions. But recently, I can sense that God's been slowly directing me towards the direction of not just doing things but actually sharing... ( I can kind of understand Jonah's situation of knowing what God wants you to do, but having the strong desire to run away from it ughhhh)
So long story short, for me now, being a Christian means living out Christ's teachings and showing His love and grace and pointing people to Him, AS WELL AS, actively sharing the gospel everyone!

I really love Matthew 8:5-13.
Mustard seed and faith moving mountains is cool and all but here is this random dude, who amazes Jesus with how much faith he has! I think that's absolutely awesome!
