I'm a guy who is trying to grow in his faith and love of Jesus. I'm hopeful that I can meet many people on this platform who I can be good friends with, but I'm also hoping to meet someone with whom I can have a deep relationship that leads to marriage and kids someday. But I don't need to treat every interaction here like it's going to lead to marriage and I'd love to meet people just to meet them as well and hear how you and others are staying strong in their faith while waiting for that blessing of marriage and family to come around.
To describe myself, I'm an actor and a writer currently in law school to get my JD. Other than my faith, my interests include intellectual property law, family, reading, watching sports (especially hockey), and making people laugh. I love Charles Dickens, getting outside of my apartment, cheesy movies that I can make fun of, and Create TV. I try not to take myself too seriously, but I can talk an awful lot. I try to make it as fun as possible for those who have to (or choose to) listen. My only career goal is to continue to have meaningful and fulfilling work in either entertaining people or diving into intellectually dense issues. I've done really well in that regard up to now and God willing that will continue, but I'm a bright guy who has a lot of good things going on in his life.
- First Date
- For a first date, I'd like to go somewhere where the two of us can talk and we can get to know each other a bit better. That can be over coffee, on a park bench, at a diner, pretty much wherever. I like being playful and fun and I'm a big believer that anything can be fun with the right attitude. Walks or some kind of live event like an open mic or a poetry reading would also be a good time, and I'd love to discuss thoughts about books, movies or music you've been enjoying lately.
