This is my testimony of how I became a Christian:
I was not born a Christian. I was raised a Buddhist. It was on August 22, 2012 that a classmate who was a Christian recommend that I watch "Angelica Zambrano's Testimony of Heaven and Hell". In the testimony, the girl testified of who she saw in heaven and hell. She saw Jesus wept because alot of people were going to hell.
Then towards the end of the video, i cried because I felt someone name Jesus loved me and all mankind. The girl didn't talk about Jesus' love or the gospel. I said the Sinner's Prayer then cleared out all the buddha statues from my room.
I went to sleep on my left side. It was just only a minute or two that I felt numb from my head to my toes, on my left side. I wanted to move and say something, but I couldn't. Out of nowhere, I heard a voice that sounded like my own voice that said, "In. The name of Jesus, get out!! In the name..." The voice stopped and the devil fled. I was able to move again and talk.
For the first time in my life, I realized the devil was real. The first question that I had was, Why am I being attacked because I just accepted Jesus? ....
I then had a second spiritual attack: but this time, I saw Holy Spirit, who, at the time, I didn't know who He was. I felt His power and peace; He drove away that demon again. I started reading the Bible. When I saw the name, "Holy Spirit", that's when I know His name. He was the one who casted away that demon in my first attack (the voice that sounded like my voice).
I then became curious: I asked Jesus directly, "How do I know if you're the way? There are so many religions out there: Buddhists, Catholics, Muslims, etc." Then Jesus said to me, "I'm the way, the truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, but through me". That is when I knew that Jesus was the only way. There was no other way, but through Jesus.
