I am a Technical Director for a Church with multiple locations. Manage the IT, some of the production and online components, and some of the on site Church production. Among a bunch of other things like print work, audio and video editing on occasion, website design, and Social Media management to name a few of the things I take care of on a weekly basis.
Keep pretty busy with work. It is rewarding in a lot of ways. I could probably at least double or triple my salary if I went back to the private sector, but don't think I would find the other satisfactions I get from serving daily in ministry. Love being able to help others accomplish their goals as well.
Weather permitting I try and walk in the mornings. Something I started back in April when Covid hit hard. Walk about 5 miles in the morning. Have done 10 miles before work on a few occasions. Just my time to spend to walk and talk with God. Though sometimes will put on worship music or a downloaded sermon, or on occasion something like the Narnia audio drama's. Winter weather isn't permitting this currently.

- Maybe going for a hike or a walk. Something that allows you to get to know someone and talk distraction free more or less. Maybe grab some dinner, something casual. Shouldn't have to much pressure on a first date. Formality I think sometimes gets in the way of getting to know someone. Would rather get to know the person for who they are then a formal best version of them.
