As much as I like to be taken seriously, I love a good joke. Since I have autism, it’s not always easy to get everyone to take me seriously, but I’ve learned that everyone has hurdles in their lives and I’ve come pretty far. I’m one of the Shift Leaders at Taco Bell and am the bassist for the hardcore metal band, Aggravated Wounds. Currently, I’m enrolled at community college working on my AS in Engineering Science and plan to attend UMass Lowell in the fall to pursue my BS in Meteorology. In my free time, I love attending concerts, going for walks and hikes, and reading the Bible. Living a Christian lifestyle is important to me and I love Jesus Christ. I’m also into metal, love to mosh hard, and my favorite band is Fit for a King.
I’d like to meet a woman who understands that people with autism and other special needs are just as capable of love and relationships as anyone else. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who is also a Christian and a metalhead, and who likes to joke around but knows when it’s time to be serious. We share similar interests, such as reading the Bible, going to the beach, and hiking, and I’m more interested in what’s going on inside her mind and heart than what she looks like. Communication is the foundation for any successful relationship as you cannot get past disagreements if you cannot talk openly.
