I'll keep this simple. I'm a fan of the Duck Dynasty show and the Robertson family. Jase has told a story of when before he was married he would go on a date, and when he would pick up his date and she got in the car, he would explain right off that he is a Christian and loves Jesus and basically tell her that he's looking for a woman who does also. He said that many women would then get out of the vehicle and that was the end of the date. No hard feelings, and he didn't have to spend any money on the date. When he met his current wife, she told him that's the kind of man she is looking for. Jase has said they don't have much in common (as far as likes and interests I'm assuming), but you can see that their faith has kept their marriage strong.
I've never been married and I don't yet have children. I've been searching for a godly woman for most of my adult life. It's not that I haven't found any, but I've most often been told by women that I'm a great guy but they are not the person I'm looking for (similar to the response Jase got). Living in liberal to Left-leaning NY State doesn't help much, but my family is here. I believe that God has a women out there for me, and so I am trying this dating service out to expand my search. If you are a Christian Conservative woman, then that's a great start and we can go from there.

- Let's see, the first date would be Jan 1. JK, just seeing if you are paying attention. Seriously, I think that expectations for a first date can be too high sometimes. For a first meeting, I like to meet at a coffee shop or cafe and just have a chat and see where it goes from there. It should be in a relaxing setting where both of us feel comfortable and feel free to be ourselves. If one or both of us decides to move on, then no hard feelings. If, however, we find that we are kindred spirits and want to see each other again, then we go for picnics in the park and walks along the beach and whatnot.
