I am an old fashioned simple man. I like simple things in life and my Christian "walk" is also simple. I belong to a small independent fundamental Baptist church and I do not follow any set of rules from "the church". I am simple in that my faith and my church follow what God said in the Bible.
I love history and collect historically significant military rifles. Enjoy current events and politics. I love a spirited debate even if I know there will be no "winner". Intelligent debate makes both sides stronger in their position.
I love to cook and would rather stay in and cook a fancy meal or go crazy and buy $10 steaks instead of going out and spending $25 for someone else to cook it for me. I would rather prefer a walk in the moonlight than most anything.
I am a work in progress, but I know how to love a woman. I take very seriously the instruction from the Bible to: "love your wife as Christ loved the church" and might I add and emphasize: "gave Himself up for it". I take that very seriously...there is so much more to this story. Hope to hear from SERIOUS women who have all their lives wanted to be a wife and a mommy.
