I’m a 52-year-old single man looking for something meaningful�"a genuine connection with a woman who is warm, thoughtful, funny, humble, and emotionally grounded.
I’m not here for games. I’m here because I miss connection. I miss looking forward to hearing someone’s voice, reading a message that makes me smile, and sharing life with someone who truly cares. It’s been a long time.
A little about me: I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and now live in New Jersey. I’m 5’5” (yes, I wish I had a few extra inches 😄, but we work with what God gave us). I’m a hardworking man, quiet by nature at first, but very loving, affectionate, caring, and young at heart.
I make a modest living working as a doorman in Midtown Manhattan (and yes, I used ChatGPT to help rewrite this better lol 😄), but I believe character matters more than numbers. I work hard, live honestly, and value the simple things in life.
I also pride myself on keeping a nice, clean apartment. I guess that says something about how I like to live 😄. One of my biggest creative passions is photography�"specifically urban street photography. There’s something about real city life, raw moments, architecture, light, and everyday human stories that really speaks to me.
I tend to connect best with humble, kind-hearted people. I have no patience for gossip, bullying, arrogance, dishonesty, or people who treat others poorly. Life is too short for that.
What am I looking for?
A woman who is loving, responsible, emotionally mature, and genuinely funny. Bonus points if you talk a lot 😄�"seriously, I love that. A woman who can keep a conversation alive, laugh easily, and bring warmth into everyday life.
Faith is also deeply important to me. I’m looking for a woman who truly loves God�"not just in words, but in how she lives. A woman with a prayer life, humility, wisdom, and a heart centered on the Lord. I’m not perfect, and I still have areas where I continue to grow, but God is essential in my life.
I also value honesty and emotional loyalty. I’m not interested in chasing someone who needs constant outside attention or validation. I’m looking for peace, partnership, and something real.
I’ll be transparent: I’ve made mistakes in past relationships. I’ve had good women in my life and lost them because I wasn’t always the man I should have been. But life teaches, and growth changes us. I’ve done a lot of reflecting, and I know what truly matters now.
Physically? I’d honestly rate myself a 5 out of 10 😄. Just being real. But if you value heart, loyalty, affection, humor, faith, sincerity… maybe that counts for something.
One more honest note: I speak respectfully, but I wasn’t raised with polished academic English. I grew up in tough neighborhoods, and I’m simply being honest about that too.
