I am a middle school Literature and History Teacher at an incredible Christian School, and was just made the Assistant Principal of middle school. I have been there 4 years, but this is my 17th year teaching. How is that even possible? I’ve been to several wedding and baby showers of former students, and I try to stay involved in their life as they grow up into amazing adults. I love being around children and working with our future.
I am the oldest of a HUGE family. Number 1 of 10 kids. I tell people that my siblings are just lucky I was a good baby.
I love to laugh, have one of those outgoing personalities, and have the tendency to take over a situation. I hate playing video games, love watching Criminal Minds and the Big Bang Theory. Though thanks to my schedule I usually only get to watch them online.
I can play 3 songs on the piano, make up a game on the fly, and enjoy baking, though I burn bacon to a crisp. So ask for cookies, not a BLT.
