I love to keep active and continue to learn new things. I intentionally exercise each day and eat a healthy diet. By the grace of God, He has blessed me with good health. My faith is very important to me – I participate in church service every week and am actively involved in the men’s group, in addition to packing food boxes for those in need. Life is an adventure/journey as each day can bring new opportunities and surprises. Even though I am now retired, it’s amazing how fast the day goes by.
Each day I strive for balance: healthy eating, learning Spanish, exercising, and relaxing usually to a classic movie on Tubi.
