Profile: I am a spiritual Christian and a young 71. I’m just getting started on the next 30+ years of the adventure. Even though I was born in the south, I’ve lived in several different places in the world and have travelled to a number of countries in Europe. For now, I enjoy working (a couple of hours a day from home). I don’t plan on dying anytime in the foreseeable future—my goal is live to at least 100. My firm foundation: My Heavenly Father loves me, I love Him, and having crossed the surrender line, I know He is absolutely trustworthy. As a result, my identity, acceptance, security, contentment, comfort, understanding, and life are IN CHRIST alone. I simply want God’s perfect will for my life every hour of every day. I ask Him about everything since He knows everything. I abide in Him and IN CHRIST I know my value. Therefore, I have high standards and strong boundaries. Also, my family and my friends are very important to me.
With that being said…. I am a simple man who values honesty, integrity and authenticity (be yourself…that is enough!), an entrepreneur, investor who is not adverse to taking calculated and well-thought out risks, financial services consultant, humorist, maverick, In Christ, bold, I walk with confidence and strive to do so with humility, independent, free-spirited, fun-loving, love playful flirtatious banter, sensitive, intuitive, authentic, loyal, love a good clean joke, belly laughs, warm hugs, love public speaking to people about God’s Kingdom and the finished work of the Cross of Christ, love the beach, love a nice home, walking, good music, travel to new places, meeting interesting people, flying first class on occasion, nice hotels with room service, fishing, tent camping, new adventures, Italy, movies with heart, French food, romantic dinners by water, Scrabble, Chess, Poker, Pool, Ping-pong, would like to learn to dance the Shag, and yes, I cried when I watched the Field of Dreams baseball movie.
It would be wonderful to meet a rare woman who truly knows the love of her Heavenly Father….one with shared core values and one who could be a compatible best friend. My home is right in the center of God’s heart. Who knows…..maybe I could find a home in yours as well. I’m looking for the “magic” … the “it factor” …. you know, that very tangible thing that you can see that couples really in love have when God has brought them together. If found, then we could walk off into the sunset, have fun, and do life together, with deep satisfying smiles. This would be truly amazing!
