Hello. I am Michael, 49, born and raised in Ireland, living in London for over 20 years now. I work on an organic farm cooking, fermenting, volunteering, running my own food stall. I l enjoy cycling, walking, sauna, cooking, eating out, coffee shops, philosophy, sci-fi, and my Catholic faith.
Tell us about your Faith...
I am a cradle Catholic. Although i have had periods in my life when i have not been practicing, I am more dedicated to my faith than ever Thank God.
Favorite prayers , hymns etc change however i am currently reading the Way of the pilgrim and really enjoying the Rosary again. Also reading Consecration to St Joseph, and praying his litany.
I am a chef so i help out with various homeless charities.I am a big fan of Christian Podcasts/ YT channels such as More Christ/ J Pageau, Unbelievable?, Deep Talks, Rebel Wisdom, The rest is history, Pints with Aquinas, Unheard, and various Catholic apps.
I am interested in politics and current affairs, although cynical of most MSM.
Do not own a TV, however i do watch the odd sci fi series on my laptop. Currently have an apple tv subscription so watching Silo, and Foundation.
I am a football fan although care less for it as i get older....
Broad taste in music , changed over the years. Reggae, dub 70s, 80s, 90s, house, jazz, ambient, some rock. Big radio fan. My favorite Catholic station is Radio Maria Ireland.
