Born again in 2017 by grace through faith in the Gospel of my salvation (Romans 5:8, Ephesians 1:13-2:10, Titus 2:11-3:7, John 3:1-8, James 1:18) provided by God through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and His sacrificial death on the cross for me and subsequent burial and resurrection. That day I was brought out of darkness into light, and passed from death unto life, and from condemnation unto salvation, forever saved and justified by God (John 5:24, John 12:46, Romans 8, Romans 3:19-5:2, 1 John 5:20-21, 1 Peter 1:5).
I'm quiet, easygoing, simple, and well-rounded/balanced; also sober/serious most of the time given the nature of reality in light of the Gospel, which is that all stand in need of receiving the Gospel in order to be saved. I take the Christian life seriously; it is not a box to check off on a list, but both a present and eternal reality; Christ bought me and He owns me, and I am called to the high calling in Him and to be mindful of the coming resurrection and subsequent judgment at His second advent and the advent of His kingdom (Philippians 3, 1 Corinthians 9:24-25, 1 Corinthians 15, 2 Corinthians 4:7-6:2, Revelation 22:12, Galatians 6:7-9, 2 Corinthians 9:6, Romans 6-8, 2 Peter 1, Hebrews 12:18-29, 1 John 1:1-3:3). I like to take a break and relax sometimes too, and enjoy basic recreational activities and pastimes, as well as games of various kinds and also just simply appreciating and being in and observing God's creation and watching His creatures, and knowing reality and dwelling and focusing on the truth and God and His goodness in the present/in real time (Romans 2:4, John 4:21-24, John 6:28-29, Job 35:1-13, Romans 3:20-5:2, Acts 17:24-25, Job 34:14-15, Psalm 104, Job 38:1-41:34, Psalm 46:10, Psalm 51:6, Job 42:1-6).
Salvation is entirely not of works, but only Christ's work; we are all born dead in sins and trespasses, and can only receive God's provided salvation by simple humility and belief, confessing ourselves a sinner before the holy and living and only true God (Ephesians 1:1-2:10, John 1:11-13, John 3:14-21, 1 John 1:8-10, 1 John 5:7-12). After we are saved, focusing in on our salvation (the fact that we are saved) and abiding in Christ is the key to progressing toward God in holiness, to which the apostle Paul says for every man to work out his own salvation with fear and trembling (that is, the continued inward receipt of this salvation God has freely given us unto its outworking in ourselves) (Philippians 1:6, Philippians 2:12-13, Romans 12:2, 2 Corinthians 13:5, John 8:31-36, John 15:1-11, Romans 5-8, Galatians 2:18-20, Galatians 5-6, 2 Peter 1, James 1:12-27).
Romans 1:16: For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
The Gospel is the power to come out of anything you are in: any sin, any spirit, any addiction, any oppression, any evil, any darkness, any mistake, any fault you've been overtaken in, any device of Satan, any enemy, any weapon or tactic of the enemy, any lie, any deception, any delusion, any false way, any bondage, any confusion, any temptation, any curse, any fear, any doubt, any sorrow, any hurt, any pain, any trial. If you are saved, simply hold your testimony of becoming born again/coming to know the Lord in memory and abide therein, walking in the Spirit and in the power and authority and identity of the resurrected, ascended, all-victorious, and all-powerful Lord Jesus Christ who saved you and gave you the knowledge and understanding of the truth and brought you out of darkness and made you a partaker of the resurrection unto eternal life (Matthew 28:18, Acts 4:12, Revelation 1, Revelation 5, Revelation 19, Romans 5-8, Romans 12:1-2, 1 John 4-5, Psalm 130:3-4). Simply remind yourself you are on the ark and have passed from death unto life, and enter and receive God's deliverance from the old into the new, waiting on and trusting in Him, and confessing to Him/agreeing with Him that His life and ways and plan and timing are best and right, losing not your hope and confidence in the Lord, claiming and walking in His name and power over whatever you may be facing, and doing it in and relying on and depending on His strength and power and not your own, knowing He has already won the victory over all things, and knowing He loved you and gave Himself for you, and loves you and cares for you. Bring whatever it is into the light where Satan has no power over it in your life by it remaining hidden/concealed in darkness within yourself, in honest confession to God/agreement with God that it is wrong and in honest admission of need of help to God, and leave it behind and cut it off from yourself and forsake it by and trusting in His power, and walk/stay in the light, in the light of the knowledge of the truth, in the light of the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free, and in the light of the only true God, and trusting Him, knowing that true life is only with Him and only found with Him and in Him (1 John 1:1-2:2, John 10:10, John 3:14-21, John 12:44-50, John 6:37-40, John 6:65-69, 1 John 5:20, Job 32-42, James 1, Psalm 51:6, Psalm 139:19-24, Psalm 119).
Romans 10:13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
