- I enjoy reading, crafts, and spending time with my cockatiel. I also enjoy walking, hiking and dancing. I am usually game to try new things as well.

First, I want to find a man who loves Jesus more than he loves me. Together we can serve, pray, and be united. This is the most important. After that, I want someone who plays for keeps; divorce isn’t an option. I want someone who knows when to be whimsical and when to be serious. A man who will dance in the kitchen and who will want to instigate doing things (sometimes adventuresome, and other times old and comfortable). I want a man I can trust, and who inspires me to grow. I hope I am the same for him.
I have found True Fun by dabbling in a mix of high and low energy activities. Dancing (I LOVE partner dances), attending events, learning new languages and hanging out with friends are high energy and enjoyable. Reading, cuddling my bird, puzzling, making cards, coloring, walking, movies and plants are my low energy hobbies. How I spend my free time changes, as I find new to be a big part of the fun. Where do you find your fun?
I am a deeply loved apprentice of Jesus Christ. He has blessed me with fluency in American Sign Language and English. (I'm a word nerd). He has created me to be creative, caring, and contemplative. It is my delight to be able to serve Him with my talents.
Extremely witty things make me laugh. I don't know if that is code for dry humor as well, but if it involves subtlety and word play, I'll likely appreciate it. For instance, I find Cabin Pressure, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, and Psych to be my cup of tea. As long as it is heavy on the clever and light on the innuendo, I'm happy. What makes you laugh?
I enjoy studying the Bible (with others), singing/signing worship songs (usually by myself), and journaling. I like memorizing scripture and serving at my church's nursery. I am currently trying to focus on my prayer life in this season. What is God teaching you in this season?

- While there are a myriad of first date options, I would prefer a low-stakes activity that puts the focus on spending time with the other person. This could be a coffee date (maybe with funny and serious conversation starters to ask each other). Or perhaps a walk or a hike where the moment guides the conversation.
